Yes! We regularly set up in parks, backyards, and outdoor pavilions. We bring shade if needed and just require a power outlet (or we bring a generator for remote locations).
Unlimited! There's no cap on how many times guests visit the booth. At reunions, groups typically come back multiple times for different combinations.
Absolutely! We set up in hotel ballrooms, restaurant banquet rooms, and event venues for class reunions of all sizes.
We've done several military reunions and always customize the overlays with unit insignia, branch branding, and service dates. It's always an honor.

50% Deposit
A 50% deposit secures your date; the balance is due the day of your event. Cards, Venmo, Zelle, or cash.
Clear Cancellation Terms
Cancel 14+ days out and half your deposit is refunded — or reschedule free within 12 months, subject to availability.
No Idle-Time Charges
Setup and breakdown happen outside your booked hours, free. We never bill for setup time — ask any vendor whether theirs does.
No Travel Fees
Travel and delivery are free anywhere in the Las Vegas metro — Henderson, Summerlin, and North Las Vegas included.
Extra Hours, Same Rate
